Standard Travel Fee:

Within 10 miles: $25

11-25 miles: $40

Over 25 miles: $1 per mile beyond 25 miles

Emergency/After-Hours Service (8 PM – 8 AM): +$25 surcharge

Specialized Services

I-9 Verification: $25

Hospital or Nursing Home Visits: $50 base fee (includes travel up to 10 miles)
Additional Services

Document scanning and emailing: $10 per document

Courier service for document delivery: $25

IMPORTANT NOTES:

All fees for notarizations are compliant with Texas state laws.

Travel and service fees are separate from notarial act fees and will be agreed upon in advance.
